There are several opportunities to serve at 412 Church
One of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ is to serve the local church. And it’s not just on the weekends! Serving opportunities are available seven days a week.
We encourage you to read through this list and apply to serve in the area that you believe best fits your giftings.
The 412 Kids Team
The 412 Kids Team is one of the largest servant groups at our church. It’s also one of our most secure teams, meaning a background check will be required. Don’t let that deter you from serving in this truly amazing ministry!

412 Students Team
Student team servants serve on Sundays, but also have many other areas throughout the week to pour into 412 Church, Stronghold - High School and Anchored - Jr. High students. If you have a heart for teens and a passion to see them making a difference where they are right now, apply to serve.
If you are gifted in administration, organization, or are merely outgoing, the Welcome Center is a fantastic way to use your gift to further God’s kingdom. The Welcome Center is most visitors first experience at our church and we want to make sure it’s a good one! Share important information about Life Groups, Bible Studies, upcoming classes or events, or just have a conversation and get to know someone new!
Greeters & Ushers Team
Like the Welcome Center, those who serve as Greeters and Ushers are often the first interaction a new visitor will have while visiting 412. Our desire is that everyone who walks on to our campus would feel welcome, cared for, and loved so that they might join us in worshipping the Lord and learning from His Word. If you would rather call the church office and talk to someone to find out where you can serve, this is probably the place for you!
Parking Lot Team
The Parking Lot Team truly has the first interaction with new visitors who visit 412 Church. Our desire is that everyone that comes on to our campus would feel welcome, cared for, feel safe and loved so that they might enjoy their time worshipping the Lord and learning from His Word. If you enjoy being outside, this is probably the place for you!
Servants on the Multimedia team are tasked with operating all of our audio, video, and lighting systems so that the congregation can worship God and learn about the Bible. We succeed when people forget we are there and can enter into an honest time of worship and spiritual growth.
Set Up & Tear Down Team
Our Set Up & Tear Down teams are comprised of dozens of faithful servants that set-up and put-a-way equipment every week. While we believe we have streamlined the entire process as much as we can, it still takes quite a few hands to pull everything off. This is one of the biggest needs in the church and quite literally lays the foundation for the Gospel to be proclaimed to hundred of people every week.
The first recorded example of worship is in the book of Exodus after God delivers the Israelites from captivity... We’ve come a long way in how we worship and even what instruments we use, but the foundation hasn’t changed. Our Worship teams love leading people in worship of our Lord. If God has gifted you with musical ability, we encourage you to try out for our Worship teams and use the gift that God has given you to serve Him!
The 412 Bookstore team is a great place to encourage others in their walk with Jesus. If you enjoy reading good books and helping people connect better in their walk this might be your place!
